CLIENT PARTICIPATION
While we do not require that a client attend the inspection, we strongly encourage client attendance. By attending, you'll be able to view the house through the eyes of the inspector in a way that is not possible with writing alone. You'll have an opportunity to ask questions that might arise as Max works through the house, and you'll have a better working understanding of the house. You'll also find the report easier to understand when you've taken a detailed trip through the house, looking beyond the obvious considerations of layout and cosmetic appeal.
